Whether you decide to use a sunscreen or a high quality mineral make up, wearing sun protection is especially important here in Australia where our exposure to harsh UV rays is a daily occurrence. Don’t get me wrong - some sun is good for you and we all need to get a daily dose of vitamin D but we can choose when we expose our skin to it and between the hours of 10am & 2pm (9am & 3pm in Summer) is a time when sunscreen should be worn 100% of the time along with the other slip slop slap components!!
