Postage and Shipping

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $8.50 for packages sent anywhere in Australia. Orders placed over $150 retail value are posted free of shipping charges. Gift vouchers will be sent standard post at the standard postage fee. (Currently 55c).

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time however we will do everything we can to have your package delivered within 7 working days. If for some reason there is a delay or if a product is temporarily out of stock you will be notified by phone or email to discuss if you would like to continue with the order.

If for some reason you need your order sooner than our standard postage time – please give us a call before placing your order and we will see what we can do for you.

Overseas Orders

At this stage we are only able to ship to addresses within Australia. Orders can be placed from customers outside Australia – however the shipping address must be an Australian address. The only method of payment for overseas customers is PAYPAL.

It is important to us that you love your purchase and because we believe in the quality and freshness of our products we will back them up with our unconditional money back guarantee...

Please note – no returns will be accepted for products that have been stored or used incorrectly or inappropriately. Please see “how to care for natural products

Accepted Methods of Payment

Pay securely using PAYPAL for Mastercard & Visa card purchases or you can direct deposit into our bank account. Money orders and cheques are also accepted and once payment has cleared into our account, your order will be packed and sent.

Gift Vouchers

Not redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers can only be used to purchase products from Bubbles Essential Wellbeing. No change will be given. Our vouchers all have individual item numbers so if your voucher is lost or stolen, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a replacement – you will be responsible for the cost of postage on the replacement voucher. If the voucher needs to be replaced more than once a replacement charge of $5 will be charged on every subsequent voucher supplied. When the cost of purchase is more than the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid at the time of purchase by alternate form of payment.

Placing an Order

  1. Select the tab at the top of the page that says 'Online Store’.
  2. Select the product you would like to purchase and click on ‘Add to Cart’ (repeat this for each item you would like to purchase).
  3. Once you have finished shopping click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to payment and shipping information.
  4. You will need to register with us before using the online shop – we do this so that we have all your contact information just in case it is required at any stage of the process. Once you have registered – you will use your chosen login information for any future purchases.
  5. Please note – you can view the website and the products without registering first – you only need to register if you are making a purchase.
